Delivery Policy – May 2023

NO Sunday Delivery
Saturday Delivery if driver support available

Deliveries are available: If ordering by email, please send requests to sales@rockridges.ca or call/text Gord at 905-375-9131. Please mark drop off location clearly and share it with us in your email or text.

Materials are available for delivery to the four area listed below plus misc. towns listed. For other locations please feel free to contact Gord by phone or text 905-375-9131 . We endeavour to give approximate delivery times. When near your delivery day, we will send a picture of your invoice via text to your mobile phone. E-transfer payment details are included. PLEASE reference your invoice number in the message comment on your e-transfer.

By arranging product delivery, the property owner allows Rock Ridges driver and delivery truck to access driveway of the delivery address. No liability will be assumed by Rock Ridges or Driver for driveway access. Any delivery beyond driveway is at the discretion of driver. All site damage and towing costs for said delivery beyond driveway is responsibility of property owner/Rock Ridges Client.

Owners need not be at home/site for delivery. Please leave a phone/text number when ordering so driver can contact you if necessary. Location of delivery/dump at full discretion of driver.
