Delivery

The expectation is the load of materials is delivered to and unloaded at the customers driveway. This is to prevent heavy loads from going over septic systems, causing ruts in lawns and any other unforeseeable damage to the homeowners property.

Split loads: A few of our trucks can deliver a split load. Example 1/2 soil and 1/2 mulch. An additional charge of $15 is applied to the delivery fee for set up of truck in the yard and extra time required to unload at homeowners end.

Delivery Schedule: It is often possible to receive delivery the same or next day, but please plan ahead so we can ensure staffing is available, and you can have your products on site when your need it.

Pricing & Payment

All retail pricing of bulk soils, mulches and aggregate products includes 13% HST. Retail bulk delivery fees also include 13% HST.

All stone, brick and hard landscape products are price + HST

Rock Ridges accepts Cash, Cheque, EMT (Electronic Mail Transfer). In the Supply yard we can accept Debit and Credit Cards with a 3% charge on all credit cards.

Hard landscape Products

Rock Ridges supplies natural stone, precast concrete products, and project accessories from multiple suppliers. Please visit our suppliers pages for quick links to manufactures websites. Please allow/plan for 1-2 weeks for delivery of available products

Soft Landscape Products

All our products are purchased from reputable industry approved suppliers.

Certified organic soil will be available early May 2021

We encourage you to view products at our yard before purchasing. Bulk products can not be returned. We occasionally notice a difference in product when delivered to our yard. Example would be the colour of died mulches.
